Each filter manufactured by TAMFINEY ® and placed on the market is free from any material and manufacturing defects, and if used for the purpose specified by the manufacturer of the engine, motor vehicle and equipment using the filter, all parameters and performance are retained throughout its service life.

If any defect in the TAMFINEY ® filter is disclosed during installation or during the service life foreseen by the manufacturer of the engine, motor vehicle or any other equipment using the filter, we guarantee that the defective filter will be replaced by a product free from any such defect.

We promise to compensate for any reasonable expenses, such as labor cost and the cost of replacing defective parts caused by the failure of TAMFINEY ® filter. We are not liable for potential profits, revenues or other losses.

This guarantee does not cover defects caused by improper installation and use of filters, a lack of maintenance, wrong application, an outside event (including but not limited to electrical shock, impact, flooding, fire or other natural disaster), or normal wear and tear. nor damage or defects caused by the use of filters in racing cars or in engines not modified by the manufacturer.

How to use our guarantee

In order to fulfill the guarantee obligation, the customer is obliged to make a claim to the company within 30 days after the defect is disclosed. In addition, the customer is obliged to deliver the defective products to the quality department of tamfiney for proper inspection and analysis. If necessary, the customer shall also deliver the claimed defective engine, vehicle or device upon request to assess the damage and its cause.
