Producing Procession

1.Filter material choosing

Choosing suibable material is our most important job.There are two quality grade in our factory.One is for usual market with chinese best material,the other one is imported material for high quality customer.For example the paper and plastic,the imported material’s cost will be more higher than usual.Our rubber will be great different and better than usual factory.First-hand material and zero turnaround to protect the material with its original appearance.

2.Draw filter structure and research

The customer will send the new samples to us or we will go to buy original samples after order checking.The engineer and designer will research the inside structure and determin the material by each parts.Our designer needs to draw the excat dimention by each parts and record entry into our managment system.

3.Making the filter mould

We have our own mould engineers.We will make the mould 1:1 as the samples when the customer needs same filters.But for moulding filters,it will need the MOQ.For different customers,we also need to prepare the filter body printing mould design and box mould.

4.Preparing the filter parts

Pressing the covers,stretching the outshell,folding the paper(net) and preparing the valves and rubber.All the parts will be checked by our surveyor.The stains, Crack and Scratches will be taken out before our assembling step.Unit small box carton also will be arranged to produce.For the carton,we use hardboard by 5 layers.It can be standed by 3 people!

5.Assembling the filters

Workers assemble the parts into the filters by beading machine in assembly line for spin-on filters.For the catridge filter will need to check the height and out looking to make it polished and spotless.

6.Printing and packing filters

All the filters will be printed reference to the customer’s requirment.Sales merchandiser will take the last photos to our customers.Warehouse will have their last quality and packing checking before warehouse entry.
